Kinami has offered to send out a pack of baits to whoever has big bass of the month.

You must be a member of ABF and include a picture and a report of the biggest bass caught this month (starting August 1st and ending August 31st) post it under this thread and win a Kinami pack of baits. This will include an assortment of baits.

Lets keep the posts to Big Bass posts if possible.

I got my entries. Had a 5lber on LT 1 day shy of 8/1/08.  :

Caught this fish on 8/9/08, during the PKF tournament event #4.

5lb 5oz. bass caught on LBL, caught at 6:52AM on a TX-rigged GrandeBass Rattlesnake in 3' of water.

Doubt it will hold, time to go after the hogs on LT now.

6.1 on Town Lake. Cuaght with a shakeyhead.

 

[Texas Hawgs]

Hit LA Wednesday 8-20. Had a good little trip from 6:45 till 8:30. Started down with flukes and caught plenty of smaller bass up to 2.5lbs off docks and then headed up hoping for a big bite. Found a couple good spots including one holding this fatty weighing in at 9-03 on the light-weighing xtools. Strong fish. Hooked a 3.5lber on the next cast that jumped around like a lady fish. Awesome. 19+ lbs best 5. 8)

Since I missed the check-in by like 5 minutes, maybe she'll at least get me something. ;D

I don't think Mr. Hogge is a member of ABF.

Also, let's keep the posts to our own fish, no need to post for someone else. If they feel like they want to enter then let them post their own fish.

Isn't Mr. Hogge Dragmaster? I could care less who wins. I just stated that for a Lake Record was worthy.

whether a member of ABF or not, I would imagine if an angler wanted the prize pack of lures, they would post up thier own catch. IMO-it's not fair to give it to someone who didn't make the effort to upload photos and enter the contest on their own accord vs. someone who did make an effort to do so-no matter how big the fish.

Congrats to Cotter for taking home big bass this month with a monster going 9.03 out of Lake Austin.
