CAST Capitol Region & CAST Central Region have set-up their schedules to enable you to pre-fish Bass Champs tournaments the week before your Bass Champs tournaments. Yes, you must fish with a female, however, you can pay one membership and fish as many CAST tournaments as you like in any region.
