Water temp. 55 degrees. Water clear. Lake level 1.5 ft. low. Black bass good for now, at least until the next cold snap comes tuesday. Biggest fish today was 13.50 caught by Robert Robles of Del Rio. Caught on a Oldham's jig/craw combo in 30 ft. of water. 26 lbs. for 3 fish was heavy stringer today in the Tournament of champions tournament. Haven't heard what total weight was for two days. Will post results when I hear something. Bass are still deep, but they are starting to move to secondary points with 45 degree breaks and or bluff banks. Jigs, heavy spinnerbaits (1oz) or larger, and shakey heads with RiverSlung wart craws (with rattles) are working well when worked SLOWLY. Big emphasis on slow. DD22's have also been good on bluff banks up shallow early, before the sun gets up. Until next report, come by and see us. We will try to point you in the right direction to have a good trip. Regards.
