Launched Yak from Austin High boat launch at 7:30am, nice and quiet. Wind calm, sunny, water still had a good stain. Started with heading east on South bank throwing a popping black frog near lay downs and under cypress trees. Not even a sniff. Tried a green colored lipless and no interest. OL monster on a T-rig, not a bite. As sun started to rise I switched to old faithful the dropshot. Tried a KVD drop shot and caught a little guy, but he slammed it and tore the bait in 2. Switched to a little morning dawn worm and moved to north bank. Caught a little one and a 1.5lb that made the morning. Off at 10:30
