It was brought to my attention that this tourney is for TFF members only.....not a "OPEN" Tourney.

Since I was invited in from Austin, I thought it was an open Tourney...

SORRY for the confusion....No intention of false information!

Tourney rules:
Tournament is open to ANYONE that is registered on the TFF.

I signed up as a TFF member in 2001 for no money or recognition.Just to meet new fishermen.

Most of the fisherman I have met in Austin, have been from TFF....

I do not get any money or promo's from TFF...just a member, just like this website.

If you do not want to go to Choke, (and I hope you don't) please donate your time and an unwrapped toy and help out at Take A Marine Fishing tourney. We really need boats for this tourney. We have 70 Marine's that want to fish and only have 32 boats as of today. Entry is small and payback is $1000 for first. Please help out if you can. Remeber, we wouldn't be able to do this sport if it were'nt for these brave men and the ones before them.

Wish i could help you out Skeetermark. Seems like lots of things are happening on the weekends I am out of town. Good luck finding more boaters. Please post how things go once it is over.

My boat is in a local mechanic shop getting a water pump and a couple other things fixed.

I am not planning on the Choke trip, just waiting for my boat to get out.....
