I don't know about that! I know a couple people that have those e-tecs that have gone through multiple lower units. Not saying there bad motors I think they need to beef up the lower units.

I agree that the older l/u's were weak, but they have addressed that issue and now they will run with the best of them. This is an awsome motor now.

I agree too............I have the 250HO Etec on my Z520.................but regardless of the brand of engine on this boat................this is a killer deal and someone is going to be very happy..........best of luck with your sale of a fantastic boat!
