Reason for selling: Just bought a Stratos (& wife doesn’t want two boats at the house ;D)

My dad was the original owner of this boat and I have had the boat since 1998.  It is a simple 4 cylinder carburetor engine to work on with a heat exchanger for a radiator and gets great gas mileage.  A full day of fishing usually amounts to about $15 in gas.  Each winter I just put in new spark plugs, change the oil and filter, engine coolant, and lower unit gear lube.  The boat runs between 30-35 mph depending on load.

I have fished tournaments through Big Sandy Creek Bass Club with this boat for the last 4 years, so anyone in the club can tell you that the boat is reliable. The boat has even been on Amistad several times and handled the wind, waves, and sleet during our club tournaments with no problems. The boat has never left me stuck on the water. Cosmetically the boat looks its age, but Mechanically it is sound.

All switches, lights, pumps, and gauges work on the boat except the RPM and trim gauge. I’m not trying to hide anything and with a request an on the water fishing test is available to any serious buyers.

Great deal for someone who just wants to get on the water for very little costs.

Price to sell: $1950

For anyone who viewed my original post I decided to lower the price, so that I could sell "The ole bass tub" quicker. My wife wants the boat out of the driveway, so that I can get started building a car port and some other honey-do projects.
