Checking fuses in the yellow inline holders?

How the heck does one open the little yellow in-line fuse holders on a battery charger cable?

One side of my onboard charger has stopped charging the cranking battery and I can't figure out how to open the fuse holder to see if the problem is at the fuse or at the box itself.

Tracker Marine is booked up three weeks in advance, so I've been using an portable charger for the time being, but I'd really like to get to the bottom of the problem. The TM batteries charge up just fine.
Son, we live in a world with lakes, and those lakes have to be guarded by men with fishing rods.

Who's gonna do it? You? You, Lt. Weinberg
    ?

I had the same problem. Mine were jacked up because if salt water and could not get them apart either. I cut them out and put new ones in.

Had the same problem. Salt water and metal don't mix. If you don't have a ohm/volt meter you can buy a basic one for $5.00 at Harbor Freight. Push the leads through the insulation and ohm the fuse out, if it reads all 0000 then the fuse is good. 1 or any other reading and it's bad. Or just replace the fuse holder with an ATC fuse holder (uses square plastic fuse like in your truck so you'll always have a spare even if your wind shield wipers don't work when you use that fuse for the boat)
