Town Lake 10/14
fishing the last 3 mornings on town lake. fishing banks has been tough and requires finesse approach (ned rig, shakey head, weightless senko seem to get the bite). However the fish were schooling up like crazy at times for a couple hours on and off.
knowing these fish were schooling i brought a popper and a small paddle tail fluke on a jig head this morning. i boated 8 LMB in an hour all about 1 - 2 lbs schoolies, talk about fun, what a rush! missed 3 at the boat, and another 2 while airborn! one of the best days ive had on TL!
water is crystal clear, dont know the temp!
on the water 8am off at 10am.20191014_085551.jpg20191014_171836.jpg20191014_171844.jpgIMG_20191014_104411_542.jpgIMG_20191014_104411_556.jpg
pics are the biggest schoolies i caught (3lbs?4lbs?) and a nice wacky worm bite from the bank!
