Quarry park at the church.
Just got a permit to fish a few weeks ago. My girlfriend and I have been out twice. I set her up for catching bluegill which is no challenge. I went to the two smaller ponds because I've heard there are some decent bass in there, but no luck. I used live minnows, Grande bass rattlesnake in pumpkin seed, zoom flukes (chartreuse and black) and some natural colored crawfish plastics. I got one bite on the fluke, but nothing else has seemed to work. Any advice on what to use out there? I'm sure it's been fished by every lure possible but any advice helps! Thanks dudes. Tight lines! The Duder Abides

I've caught bass as big as 2.5-3lbs in that first pond with the sloping hill from the parking area with Panther martins. There definitely were some decent sized bass in there last year when i had a permit to fish it. Also have caught lots of bluegill on super dupers in that one. Only caught on lipless cranks, jerkbaits and worms in the main pond, but that was more in fall/winter.
more specifically the regular gold/yellow panther martin in 1/8 or 1/4 oz (was using an ultra light rod)
