Buch May 27th

Buch turned on yesterday afternoon. Boxed 13 keeper stripers/hybrids and tons of 17inch hybrids all on jigging spoons. I finally gave up on south and went north. Afternoon bite will be best with this full moon. Water temp 82 and water depth from 29 to 45 ft.

This lake has come up over a foot in the last day or two.

Sounds like a hoot Brooks! *Just think of how many you would've caught if you had LIVE SHAD! *Just kidding, I have seen the spoon reign superior over live shad before (but rarely!).

I'll be in Dallas visiting (non-fishing) friends this weekend (we actually do have friends that don't fish, ISHIdyouKNOT), while thinking of you guys whacking strippers on BUCH. *Whack a few for me!

you don't have to go all the way to buchanan to get in the strippers, plenty right here in Austin.
