Registering a Kayak
I'm looking at getting a TM for my U12 but I think I remember you need a bill of sale with a plastic boat in order to register it. I bought mine second hand and don't know how I would acquire one, any thoughts?

you can print one online. When I bought my canoe used, the guy printed some form online and signed it.
Not exactly sure how it works.I can't complain but sometimes I still do
