NTB Coupon at top of Page
The NTB coupon that says 50% off tires is a complete lie. It lists several name brands and sizes. They had one tire available in my size and it is a crap tire that is not even listed as a brand that is mentioned in the coupon. Yes they had others that fit my vehicle, just not good with the coupon. Needless to say I went to Discount and they took care of me much better than NTB. I am tired of false advertising and this coupon is exactally that. Off my soap box now.

Seriously, NTB must just be for suckers. They have managed to screw up every single thing I have taken to them.
A couple years ago I needed a flat fixed on a Sunday and took the loose tire to NTB. My alum rim came back looking like someone had been hitting it with a ball-peen hammer. How in the hell does that happen?

Had a screw in my trailer tire, went to NTB asked them how much to plug it up and they said come back tomorrow or the next day they were kind of busy. I was the only person in the waiting room, and all bays were empty. Went over to Pep boys just down the road from them and they fixed it for free. Took them less than 5 minutes to patch the tire. I base all my retail decisions on very small sample sizes, so yeah, NTB blows.

I went there the other day to get them to fix a patch that they did about a month ago, as the tire is now slowly leaking. They told me it would be a 3 hour wait, pretty much just told me to go fuck myself.
