BASTROP FRY SIGN UP (JUNE 27TH)

Ok gang, I just go through meeting with Robert. *I'm going to help him out since he's going to doing some traveling and may not be able to answer all the inquiries about the Fry while he's away. *I'll be helping with the planning and logistics and Robert will handle the execution of the event. *

For those attending for the first time here's how the day will go:

• Some of us will need to drop off gear to get "first come first served" rights at the day use picnic site (map will be posted)
• Sign in with the tournament guys and go fish (if you plan to fish the Tourney)
• The tournament will finish.
• Tournament participants will filet their fish.
• Those who fished and those who just come to the fry gather at the fish fry site and set up
• We all cook, eat, and hang out.

Here's what we need:

• Electric and manual filet knives. (that you'd be willing to share or help other clean fish.) (aka: *cutting crew)
• Containers to bring your filets over to the fry site.
• 3-4 Fryers, with fry cook volunteer. *(aka: the Fry crew)
• 2-3 Folding tables. *(fry prep and serving tables)
• 3-4 Pop up Shade canopies

• bottled water
• sodas
• Plastic ware
• Napkins / paper towels
• paper plates
• trash bags
• Fish fry mix
• Frozen fries, onion rings, hush puppies
• Condiments (ketchup, tartar sauce)
• Large cooler to put the non-alcoholic drinks

Here's what everybody needs to bring for themselves and their guest:

• Camp chairs
• BYOB and personal cooler for your "leaded" drinks and food items if needed

I will be there. I can clean fish that have been caught that day. PLUS help with frying fish!!!!!!!!!!!!
My friend Glen is showing up with me....along with JJAM. We will be fishing in his boat...

I have a fryer/pan/basket and temp gauge. Temp gauge is VERY IMPORTANT TO BRING...Must fry at 350 degrees....DO NOT BURN GREASE!

I have atleast 100 fillets of fish. From white bass to blue catfish to whiting..to speckled trout I can bring.

Count atleast 3 of us, starting on Thursday.

As discussed in our meeting, I will help out with the T side of the event. Help gather the money and log your teams name, chop it up and help to run the scales.

I will also bring a TTZ special cooler - 48 quart filled to the brim with keystones

Yung, I can provide a fryer, a filet knife, and my entry fee donation.

Can also help with teh fileting of fish - need to practice on my filetign skillsets (garunteed to have bass nuggets ready *;D).

Forgot to add these... I have 2 smaller folding tables, a EZ Up canopy, and a few chairs as well.
