Hey Mike, my number is 325-248-1619. I was over at Paradise Point today and the ramp there is closed, although there is a sign that says "launch at your own risk". You could probably launch a small jon boat there but anything else would be pretty tough. The only other ramp that might be open would be Burnet County park. It was open on 8/12 when I was over in that area but I'm not sure about today.
