It was very windy and the bite was slow. We found one spot that seemed to produce a better bite, but most of the fish were smaller than what we were looking for. So we would pick up and search several other different areas looking for some bigger fish, but couldn't really find a good honey hole. Therefore we kept going back to that one area where we were on a bite just so we could feel a fish on the other end of our pole from time to time. I did hook up with this one in that area, and it was the best one of the day. Weighed in at 5.48 lbs.

Man that is a nice looking fish. I wish I would have caught some like that when I went down there.
