Fayette 4.28.12

Drove down to Fayette Friday night and met up with David and Joe. They'd rented one of the cabins at Oak Thicket and already had dinner cooking: mighty tasty onions/peppers and garlic/jalapeno sausages wrapped in tortillas. That and the beer and tunes got me set to whack some fish. Wind blew 25+ all night, so didn't even try night fishing. Wind was 20-30 mph all day Saturday too, but we found a couple spots out of the wind and caught some nice Fayette chunks. Most were caught on senkos, rattlesnakes, and brushhogs in 5-15 fow. David caught one or two on medium crank as well. Fun day!

Awesome pics RO. Almost went out there today, but we pulled the trigger on Buch and caught a bunch of fish. I can imagine that Joe simply swishes that stache around in the water and it works similarly to a Hydrowave.
